  • Mango Margarita


    Ingrediants:

    2 oz MEX Silver Tequila

    1 oz cointreau

    1 oz Mango Purée Sanz Purefruit

    3/4 oz fresh lime juice

    1/2 oz Sanz sugar syrup


    HOW TO MIX

    Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.

  • MEX Collins


    Glass: Highball


    Method: Shaken, double strained

    2 oz MEX Gold

    3/4 oz lemon juice

    1/2 oz orange juice

    3/4 oz Sanz sugar syrup 

    1 dash orange bitters

    Sparkling water

    Garnish: (optional) Add a slice of orange or lemon for a visual and aromatic touch.


    HOW TO MIX

    Shake all ingredients except the sparkling water with ice in a shaker.

    Double strain into an ice-filled highball glass.

    Top with sparkling water.

    Method: Shake

    Ingrediants: 4cl MEX Mango

    8/10cl Fresh orange juice


    Mix & enjoy! 

    Put the ingrediants into a shake with ice.

    Shake & double strain into a highball glass.

    MEX with strawberries and mango? Sounds good, right?


    Enjoy it—you’ve earned it!

    • 6 cl of  MEX strawberry

    • 9 cl Mango Purée Sanz Purefruit

    • 6 cl leche

    • 0,75 cl Mango syrup Sanz


    HOW TO MIX

    • Blend all ingredients in a blender with 8-10 ice cubes and serve in an old-fashioned glass.

    • Garnish with a fan of mango and strawberry.

    • Pre-chill your glass in the freezer.

    • When serving, take the glass out of the freezer and sprinkle cocoa on the rim.

    • Pour 9 cl of MEX strawberry over ice.

    • Garnish with an orange twist.

  • Sweet Death


    And here’s the ultimate cocktail for the pro bartenders…


    • 4,5 cl forest fruit vodka

    • 4,5 cl MEX strawberry

    • 3 cl lemon juice

    • 0,75 cl vainilla syrup Sanz

    • 1 barspoon sugar syrup Sanz

    • 1 dash Angostura bitters


    HOW TO MIX

    • Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a small pre-chilled goblet glass.

    • Garnish with strawberry and lemon peel.

    Enjoy it like there’s no tomorrow!


    • 30 ml Tequila Jalisco Reposado 100% Agave

    • 30 ml Nordpol coffee liqueur

    • 45 ml MEX mango

    • 5 ml Sanz Passion Fruit syrup

    • 45 ml milk


    HOW TO MIX

    • Chill a Gobblet glass.

    • Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

    • Shake well.

    • Strain the cocktail into the glass.

    • Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
