• 6 cl MEX strawberry
• 7,5 cl cream
• 4,5 cl sirope de plátano Sanz
HOW TO MIX
• Blend all ingredients in a blender with 8-10 ice cubes and serve in a goblet glass.
• Garnish with strawberries.

Method: Shaken, double strained
2 oz MEX Gold
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz orange juice
3/4 oz Sanz sugar syrup
1 dash orange bitters
Sparkling water
Garnish: (optional) Add a slice of orange or lemon for a visual and aromatic touch.
HOW TO MIX
Shake all ingredients except the sparkling water with ice in a shaker.
Double strain into an ice-filled highball glass.

Spicy MEX Sour (MEX Spiced)
MEX SPICED SOUR
- 30 ml MEX Spiced
- 30 ml Pisco
- 22.5 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml Sanz Cocktails ginger & chili syrup
- 7.5 ml Sanz Cocktails sugar syrup
- 22.5 ml Sanz Cocktails mango Purefruit 95%
- 30 ml egg white
- Garnish: Optional – Aromatic bitters or a lime zest twist!
MEX Spiced Perfect Serve:
Method: Fill a tall glass with plenty of ice.
Ingrediants: Add 90 ml of MEX Spicy.
1/4 fresh lemon juice
45 ml of Ginger Ale
Garnish: lemon peel
